Mosman House is a substantial circa 1911 Arts & Crafts-style residence, formerly known as Truro, which is identified as an individual heritage item and situated in the Raglan Street Heritage Conservation Area.
Restore provided a permanent pictorial record of the affected internal areas of Truro including a historical summary, photographic contact sheet, photographic list and photographic plan to fulfil the recommendation of the consent authority, Mosman Council, that a PAR is prepared as part of development application (DA) for internal modifications.
